Sadly the AMB sometime can be more difficult than the CS route.

I had the same request a long time ago and submitted the claim online and the AMB desk contacted me saying that I had to wait 10 days. The thing is you cannot submit a claim unless 10 days have been passed. Which in reply they mentioned it should be 10 working days.

Never had the issue above with regular CS. I try to avoid contacting the AMB desk at all cost but some reason even my claims gets routed to them.
