Have the hotel book you at Meat Man near Roppongi crossing. 5-10 min walk from the hotel and open until 4 or 5am. It’s an izakaya and it’s phenomenal. Popular with Japanese and foreigners both. Great service and great food and open every night. Your daughter won’t be disappointed, no matter how late you roll into town.
PS - GW makes no difference IMO for restaurants and NEVER eat 7-11 food please.
Other places you must eat:
Maisen tonkatsu in Omotesando (no reservations needed or allowed)
The Pizza Bar at the Mandarin Oriental (need to book well in advance due to limited seating - best pizza in the world)
Ukai Tei for teppanyaki right in Roppongi Hills across the street from the GH
And go to this place for grilled fish.

Thank you for sharing, I'm making notes of these suggestions and we will try to do Pizza Bar and Meat Man if we are able. We finally settled on GH for a couple nights at the beginning of out trip.
