IDK what the Port Authority expects us to do, just randomly buffer 20 extra minutes in airport travel time? Or has this issue been constant for 10+ months, just no one knows because no one bothers to deal with the Airtrain because it's terrible? All the while the fare is still $8.25 for this crap service.
Not with the PA but I've done the EWR->Newark Penn->PATH->WTC and reverse a bunch of times since January 1st (6? 8?) and this was the first I've come across it. In the morning there were a group of people in high-vis vests walking the track and I noticed some fresh-looking sharpie notations on the catwalk. On the way back there was some kind of scaffolding erected on what would normally be the inbound track just before P4 that hadn't been there in the morning
