Can anyone at the PA answer how long has this been happening / what is going on / is the 6 weeks believable?
I ask because I seldom fly from EWR but this has been an ongoing in the last year. I was 2/2 having this issue last year, and neither time was announced as a service change anywhere before arriving.
Had this problem in June 2022 at 1130pm
Had this problem in October 2022 on a weekday evening rush
IDK what the Port Authority expects us to do, just randomly buffer 20 extra minutes in airport travel time? Or has this issue been constant for 10+ months, just no one knows because no one bothers to deal with the Airtrain because it's terrible? All the while the fare is still $8.25 for this crap service.
