1. Loyal/return customers should expect no different treatment to a first time customer. This is not how I operate my business, everyone gets treated well but repeat customers always get treated better where possible.
Repeat customers do generally get treated better, This doesn't mean all the time and in every scenario. There are general published benefits, and some additional onboard service benefits, but this doesn't include giving meals based on status in W or Y.
If that's your level of expectation, I can only suggest BA is not for you.
