Actually I don't understand why people are issued vouchers on refunds, when I read the terms of refunds it states it will go to the credit card. I really wanted to rebook my flight, so I did, but I did feel getting the refund would actually be classified as illegal, as by changing from Full Flex to Flex I could get more money back than I had initially paid. So I rebooked, put one direction on Flex and kept one on Full Flex and added like 450 USD for the difference. Now I have a great ticket from HKG to LAX, I hope I can keep it!
