as mlin32 notes, if you are on a single itinerary, bags are checked through, even in the (very rare) case of connecting T1 > T2.
Luggage transfer desk as a concept is near non-existent in Europe, with the rare exception of countries where there is a significant network of domestic-only airports with no customs. Which essentially means Nordics and Turkey only.
