Longtime lurker here, thank you to the FT community for great insight over the years. re: MO Concierge. I'm sorry to report that the MO TYO Concierge team is virtually non-existent. Just returned from a stay there and tried since January to connect with them to no avail. It was exasperating, especially based on very high expectations from a previous stay pre-Covid. Finally gave up; luckily was able to rely on a friend/fellow traveler who had contacts to make restaurant reservations for us. Once you're onsite at the property, they will give you a WhatsApp code to communicate for requests, which is very efficient. Kudos to the housekeeping team and front desk for their responsiveness! But if you're relying on the Concierge for restaurant reservations and/or arrangements, I urge you to go to plan B. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news. I'd like to give them the benefit of the doubt (perhaps they are still ramping up since re-opening?), but the lack of responsiveness from the Concierge was appalling.
