MP Account Mismatch! Please enter valid MP account details
I received united appreciation email for a cancelled flight. However whenever I tried to use MP account for the compensation I receive the following error message "MP Account Mismatch! Please enter valid MP account details". I tried to file a complaint but got no response. I can claim without the MP account, but then I will only receive a $200 voucher instead, which is not quite useful compared to miles. Anyone has experienced this in the past?
