I am trying to transfer points via pool between two accounts that have been around for more than 30 days and both have more than 1000 points
The pool request comes to the second person, and they are prompted to enter a code provided via email. Codes come through email fast, but no matter what, once the code is entered I get this message
Something went wrong, and your request wasn't submitted. Please try again later.

I tried several browsers on desktop and mobile with no luck. The app does not open with this link.

Any suggestions? Looking to book soon
