And on top of that, what is the point of telling us we cannot change or refund these tickets if they are gonna burn the whole thing down? Seems redundant, no? This looks hopeful in my eyes.
The Japanese version also mentions that they are experiencing a high volume of contacts regarding the issue and it is difficult to reach them. Must be all of the SecretFlying folks
