Anyone else? I'll use the credit, but dislike paying $$$ for a flight that is supposed to be refundable and having them renege on the agreement.
I bought a couple of refundable (but not full-fare) tickets last year and was only getting the FFC option to refund. I called and it was taken care of no questions asked.
