I've not received responses to several emails that I sent to the MO concierge in the last couple of weeks. I sent emails to both the "info" and "concierge" addresses, I did get contacted directly from the spa and F&B managers but I am also looking for other reservations/guides but there has been no follow up on those. I'll be arriving in less than 2 weeks, any suggestions for a direct contact? Thanks.
