Well, I've canceled 2 tickets already. One within the 24 hour window and I got the taxes back and a second that was outside of the 24 hour window. I got taxes refunded for the first, but not for the second.

Maybe I'm being a stickler, but aren't the taxes portion of any ticket actually refundable?
