Datapoint re: Chase World of Hyatt personal credit card and also reallocation of credit.

Last previous account: 28 months ago, SUB 27 months ago, closed 6 months ago (rookie mistake, closed 5-8 months prematurely, should have kept open until after Jan 1 to get FNA and annual TQN), 2/24 traditional method, 7/24 including Chase biz cards, 23/24 including all cards (mainly 10 AmEx NLL biz plats/golds & 4 BOA Alaska biz).

Applied yesterday via Google searched application page, logged in to Chase account, very few questions, did change the listed mobile phone # from home landline to mobile # (thought that might application), in review, 15 minutes later per automatic application status phone # still pending, called recon 888-609-7805, agent in Philippines Lending Dept answered, transferred to agent in Wilmington DE, I said I thought the issue might be too much credit extended and I didn’t want or apply for more credit and I’m happy to move credit from existing account to new account, moved $3x,xxx, no other questions or concerns, no mention of 5/24 or any biz cards, approved.

Asked why the application webpages didn’t offer to move CL online, no explanation. Asked if I could move CL from 6 week old account, was told could only move from 12 month or older account.

I asked if stated 14 day card receipt could be expedited, agent said “no”, recommended adding card to digital wallet which I did successfully 5 minutes later via Chase mobile app.

Called customer service 10 minutes later, moved additional $2x,xxx from 6 week old account to new account. (My highest balances are usually within the first 1-2 billing cycles for SUB purposes, want a high CL so if I forget to pay the new card balance prior to statement closing date a smaller % of CL usage will be reported to the credit reporting agencies.)
