In my experience, by the time you've checked in (which can be slow at times), gone through security, picked up a bottle or two of Madeira, the inbound flight is approaching Porto Santo, so off to the terrace to watch it land. Not long after arrival the gate call is delivered and the turn-round very efficient. It's a nice airport but not worth coughing up for a lounge pass imo.
