It’s not awful, I’ll give BA that, and it certainly knocks the socks off of that ghastly Comic Relief video. Maybe it’s just caught me in a bad mood though, or thirty plus years as cabin crew watching the general public getting worse and worse, but surely the last thing we need is a video highlighting bad manners from customers. Little Simz saying ‘What?!’ at being asked to take off her headphones, and Steven Bartlett slowly finishing a call when presumably asked to switch his phone off. It weirdly role models obnoxious behaviour. At least it’s not that awful Qatar Airways football video though, so it could be worse.
