It's the FL1 regional train line. It leaves from the same station as the Leonardo Express. Trains are called Fara Sabina, Poggio Mirteto, or Orte. They stop at all stations including Trastevere, where you catch the next FL3 or FL5 train to Cesano, Bracciano, Viterbo, or Civitavecchia. These are all rapid transit services, no reservations taken, and through tickets are sold at the ticketing machines at the airport.
