Have bought a ANA stock ticket E class with no codeshares.
DEL-HND-ORD open jaw LAS-HND-DEL

Trying to upgrade DEL-HND using plus points which shows “ upgrade available “. However when I press the icon to “confirm upgrade” getting a message that upgrade cannot be processed due to a technical issue and asking to call customer service.

Have called customer service and the 1K helpline but both are clueless and say they cannot help. Mailed 1K using the contact form and same reply that they cannot process the upgrade.

Any suggestions how to proceed ?

Incidentally the balance 3 sectors HND-ORD / LAS-HND / HND-DEL were showing “ waitlist only “ and was able to successfully waitlist using my Plus Points.
