Thanks for the link, have been wondering myself how to get this info

Have 5 bookings until end of the year, a mix of Awards (including a 241 flying with IB) and Revenue (including a BAH and a Codeshare)

Going through my list of booking references all were found except the 1st (an award booking flying over the coronation weekend to MUC)!
That booking is visible on ba.com & app, including my selected seats, but the Finnair site didn't recognise it!

Any thoughts on why they may not recognise the reference (when it had no problems with the other 4 bookings?)
