So on the kids in lounge question...it’s a hard “no” for under 16’s after 6pm. Printed details of lounge hours and policies handed to us at checkin confirming this (our gremlins are 13 and 12). It’s a shame that (I assume) the behaviour of some younger guests have ruined it for everyone.
This policy was being enforced as we saw, on 2 nights, families being asked politely but firmly to leave by a manager. They’re being consistent at least!
