You can retrieve the Fare Basis code by requesting your E-ticket receipt via the Finnair site, using your BA PNR details (under Passenger Details > E-Ticket and document numbers > E-ticket Receipt). You'll need to have an email address against the booking (you can also set that via Finnair's site if it's missing), but then it'll email you a PDF containing the fare code for each ticket.
With that fare code, route and the purchase & travel dates then it should be possible to retrieve the fare rules via ExpertFlyer.
