Have not heard anything.... other than a survey on how my customer service request was handled! SMH
Another 2,500 miles hit a few days after the return (figure that is for the almost four hour rolling delay on the return)
It has been two weeks and nothing heard back about the refund of points for the downgrade or that the initial gesture for the inconvenience was inadequate.
