The orginal receipt screenshot is the original receipt. The flight was confirmed in premium economy at ticketing, so I believe I was given the extra bag correctly. Looking back, I see that the second receipt which was generated the following day after the upgrade to Polaris occurred showed the $150NZD for second bag.
It was a NZ flight number from the start, actually. From the receipt at initial ticketing:
The baggage info section in NZ app just says, "refer to ticket"
Are you even able to view the itinerary in the NZ app? My United booking with NZ flights doesn’t show up in the NZ app.
