I’ve been having tbe same issue for the past week with 2 different reservations - one all on AA and one partner award. Amusingly the payments screen shows the right amount for the taxes and 0 miles as the miles cost. Eventually I had to phone in to pay…. Clearly an IT glitch (I tried multiple devices and browsers), but not one AA seems in a hurry to fix.
