Can't make an AVIOS booking right now... what am I doing wrong?
I am logged into my account, have points in account but I am UNABLE to book award travel one way between LHR and GLA.

Error

  • There was a problem with your request, please try again later.
I can do for other destinations, so wondering why cannot use AVIOS from LHR to GLA one way.
