Just to update:

As someone mentioned up-thread you need to call BA to ask for your LATAM booking reference to manage your booking with LATAM.

My Avios booking on a LATAM Brazilian domestic flight booked into LATAM's Economy Plus with one hold luggage included and free seat selection (even exit rows)
