90 days is generally understood to be correct. My one datapoint was ~7 months ago, declined at 62 days, telephone recon agent 28 days later said (paraphrasing) “it’s been 90 days so you’re okay there” and approved the application. Many people use 91 or 92 days to be certain.

Of course it all depends on what the meaning of the word is (type) is . Presumably “same type of card” refers to the exact same card (just different account number). There are many datapoints of biz plat and biz gold (which could be considered the same type of card) approvals on the same day or within a few days of each other.
