Isn’t supposed Rikers Island to be shutdown permanently and demolished it. I would assume LGA will ever construction 3rd or 4th runway? Will they ever consider it?? There are only 2 runways. They will be reduce the congestion and no more delays in LGA due to NY Air Traffic Control. This should be done in the future.
