Tried the BT operated flights twice on GOT - ZRH route last week. As said crew seems totally unaware of any status. The crew does the job but nothing more. Quick question in C after meal if anything else needed! Then crew basically hide/chat in galley until descent and landing preparations. Of course nice they use the A220 but overall service compared to Swiss operated flights is quite a dissapointment.
