Each company is different. Usually smaller compnay is a bit flexible. As long as you have the receipt ,you should be okay to get reburisement if you use your own card and company policy allows. Better to check with your co-workers.
With my current company, all the air tickets have to be handled by the travel agency and we are not able to use own card.
