Not sure if this is the right thread or not, but I just called in as a 1K, and the wait time is/was....greater than 90 minutes? Waited about 5 minutes and hung up. I've never had the system say more than 5 minutes, and even then it's always rang almost immediately. Called again, not given a wait time, but no one picked up.
