Flew YUL - GRU earlier this week and was happy to come here to report that slippers are back/now a thing. Reading the thread turns out they have been available for a while, just never proactively offered until now. I even flew the same route just 6 months earlier.

Maybe they proactively offered these on my flight because the cabin was only 1/3 full.
