Change in business class type of service

Hi all - I apologize as I imagine this has been covered before but I wasn’t able to find anything with a search of the forum.

I am frustrated as my connecting flight YVR-YYZ (after flying NRT-YVR) was cancelled, and I was rebooked on a flight 3 hours later. This was ok, but I specifically paid more when booking to have both segments of my flight be in the lie flat seats (as to me J is otherwise not worthwhile on AC). For YVR-YYZ segment I was put in the older version (not sure the lingo, but not lie flat, no aisle access, food appears to be different?) Do you guys think it is worthwhile to call AC or do anything? I know it seems minor but the difference in cost when I booked was significant, and after all the delays the ability to sleep on the second leg of my journey would have been great. Even minor things like not having brought headphones for the IFE since they are always provided in lie flat (? Signature ? Not sure if this is the code for the difference when it’s domestic?)
