Hi, not a regular AF flyer but I thought this may be a useful data point.

My flight GIG-CDG was changed to NEV4 48 hours out and they split up my group of 3 including 4yo daughter. I had no luck with what’s app support so called up and they agreed to move my flight back by 2 days to get the new product for no charge which suited us. However that flight has now been changed to NEV4 at less than 36 hours out!! No harm in calling but you may still be disappointed.

I was always a BA flyer but have tried lots of different carriers post Covid, was looking forward to AF but now dreading a sleepless night.
