The transfer desk in Doha should be able to redirect your bag for you onto your QR flight, but there's no guarantee. If you do this, when you get to the gate, ask the gate agent to double check that your bag has made it, if it hasn't they can put a chaser into the baggage system to try and resolve.

I agree with others upthread that 2hrs is tight. Not impossible, but any delay on your flight into Doha is going to make this very difficult.
