The 'new' Avis location is poor, needing to allow another 30 minutes to/from Heathrow terminals - great shame they moved from onsite at T5.
I've also stopped taking a Zipcar to/from Heathrow for this reason, it's now almost always quicker and less stress for me to get the Tube or the Elizabeth line.
