This has also happened regarding combining vouchers. The rules read that travel vouchers may not be combined. However, you can combine e-vouchers. Some agents have allowed combinations of travel vouchers, others have not. Some have allowed combinations of travel vouchers and e-vouchers.
It can be expected that with such complicated booking, and fare rules that there will be confusion among the gate agents. My recomendations be prepared for both. In other words a definite maybe.
