Jokers aren’t, and have never been, visible online so I think the only way to check them is to call / email the GGL team. Trying to remedy any error may be tricky as they don’t seem to have an attached reference number, although maybe that needs to be asked for at the same time as issuance is verified.
Not to my knowledge but as recent ggls we have now tracked the 8 we've earned with 7 used in the last 9 months. As they are often combined with gufs and companion vouchers the notes we now make include all the voucher numbers as well as which of us contributed the joker and which year the joker was earned.
