A few years ago we flew from ZRH to LUG. It was LX flight number but operated by Adria (JP) on turboprop. The crew was in JP uniform but all staff were not Slovenian but Swiss or Italian. So a mix of many factors. Air Baltic is jut OK when you know what you are buying, but these are LX prices...
I will report later this week how it went.
