Not sure if this is the appropriate forum so moderators please move if needed. I have done a search on here and the Avis forum but can’t see much (my search skills are pretty poor on here!)

I have hired a car through the BA website to collect at LHR T5. It’s been a number of years since I done this. The BA website says collection at T5 but when I check the map on the site it shows on the Bath Road (or thereabouts). Can anyone confirm if there is a pick-up point at the multi-storey at T5 nowadays or if it’s the Avis centre on the airport perimeter please.
