King Premium High Floor.
No ambassador “guaranteed upgrade” was given. “Not available” according to front desk. But higher catogy rooms showed as bookable on the app…. After polite repeat asking they offered 10k points, which I really don’t need. After that I was ignored.

Decent and comfy, but nothing special.

No ambassador upgrade. No ambassador/member check in area anymore. Instead a good 10-15 minutes queue.

Value for $ or Priority Club Points? Would you return?

Nope and nope. In fact I’ll try to ask the ambassador fee back from IHG. Fourth time in a year that I didn’t get an upgrade. I won’t stay at Intercons anymore.
No offense, they won't give you your ambassador fee back. They'll credit you some arbitrary, meaningless number of points for your "inconvenience"
