I presume your voucher was awarded for crossing a specific TP threshold? I would emphasise that in your reply.

There are some of us who received vouchers which were not necessarily linked to crossing the usual thresholds (2.5k, 3.5k, 7k etc.) and I can only assume it is those ones they are trying to claw back, but managing to make a complete hash of it.

Following on from Wozza's post, I think it is clear at this stage a monkey with a laptop would do a better job of issuing GUFs correctly compared to the current loyalty team shambles.
