I think it's something that, once everything really does settle down, will simply go up and down in function of current crises, whether political or economic. It will be very difficult to predict accurately and the only thing that I can confidently predict is that things won't remain indefinitely as they are right now. What bothers me much more is that prices have gone up significantly but service levels continue to drop. My other prediction, which I don't think will come to fruition, was that we would end up with 1990s flight prices but with service levels from the 2020s.
