Both flights in Business/First.
Absent a really significant delay 4 hours will be more than plenty for morning arrival. Most T4 flights international inbound are later in day or much earlier.
If DL is separate ticket, You can do a SDC in DL app if looks like you will be significant late. On F fare, you just need a seat available for sale on new flight. (No need for same fare class)
