BA IT is clunky. You never know if bookings will actually be displayed when you login. If they are displayed you may or may not be offered seat selections and passenger details modifications. And if you can access those you can also never be sure that any changes made will stick or even be lost again after thinking they have updated. The workaround is usually to use eithe Finnair or Royal Jordanian websites for the changes. It’s really irritating and BA should be embarrased, but it’s been that way for years.
