Honestly this hotel does the job. I stayed there June 2022. Yes, it's not the nicest hotel. Yes, it has some maintenance issues so it isn't pristine.

But it is also 10 minutes to the Arc de Triomphe, yet at least half the price of any hotel near the Arc de Triomphe.

For multiple nights and/or multiple rooms the savings can be worth it for the 20 minute commute to town.
