My experience is that room upgrades using points can only be applied on a regular public rate - EG a member rate or a standard rate. Corporate rates are not eligible.
However, upgrade certificates (TSU) can be applied to corporate rates.

If you haven't made the booking yet, you can do this by clicking the 'view points' checkbox or link and then click the "Club Upgrade" tab. If you've already made the booking, then yes contact the reservations team.
