Hi Team!

I've got a booking coming up @ GH Berlin on a corporate rate and wanted to see whether I can use my points to upgrade to a Club access room. I've got a few questions!!

1. Is this possible on a Standard 'Corporate' rate booking? Any experiences?
2. To do this, do I just call up the Hyatt Reservations Team and ask to apply this?
3. As long as there is Club room availability, is this guaranteed?
