There's actually been a D1 sale to various EU cities going on for a few weeks now (not just a 48 hour flash sale) from 153K roundtrip (with Amex 15% discount), but that sale award level is only available for flights on/before May 8th. Non-sale D1 award levels now vary with routes (not just region) as they are now more closely correlated with D1 revenue fares. You might find non-sale 220K RT D1 awards on more competitive routes like BOS-LHR which have cheaper D1 revenue fares, but will not likely find anything near that on less competitive routes (like out of DL hostage hubs).
